Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Hollywood, FL. This role supports project planning and execution by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and assisting with budget and cost management. The Assistant Project Manager helps manage material orders, subcontractor coordination, permits, and inspections to keep projects on time and compliant with local regulations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing status reports, supporting site visits, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also contributes to problem-solving on active jobs, supports quality and safety standards, and assists the Project Manager in driving successful project delivery from start to finish. Qualifications Experience with project coordination and Project Management tasks in construction, engineering, or a related field. Ability to perform Expeditor and Expediting functions, including permits, approvals, and documentation with municipalities and regulatory agencies. Knowledge of Inspection processes, scheduling inspections, and supporting compliance with building codes and safety standards. Skills in Logistics Management , including material scheduling, delivery coordination, and vendor/subcontractor follow-up. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, field teams, and office staff. Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and common office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, FL and remotely as needed, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset. Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
