Financial Planning Analyst

A well-established, full-service law firm with offices across the country is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support firm-wide financial reporting and analysis. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role working directly with senior leadership and serving as a key internal resource for the finance team. What you will do: Build and maintain detailed financial reports and analyses using Excel, SQL, and BI tools Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycles including financial statement analysis, ad hoc analysis, and compensation reporting Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the firm's financial system and reporting infrastructure Partner with departments across the firm to complete external surveys and special projects Mentor and support junior FP&A analysts What they are looking for: 4+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience Advanced Excel proficiency -- Power Query, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas SQL experience -- writing complex queries for financial data extraction and reporting Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders Professional services background a strong plus Compensation up to $120,000 depending on experience.
