Senior Secretary - Contract (3386)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing an array of secretarial duties to include but not be limited to providing secretarial support to Adult Case Management, Child and Adolescent, and/or Early Childhood Services; scanning documents; typing correspondence and reports; sending, receiving, and forwarding faxes; scheduling appointments as needed. Responsible for data entry and maintaining records on computer. Serve as receptionist as needed. May function without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment Experience with Microsoft Office Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and favorable central registry (CANIS) reports will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.HOURLY RATE RANGE
