Position Overview

• Temporary, full-time contract: October – February
• Hours: 8:35 AM – 3:35 PM at a single elementary school site (no multi-building travel)
• Serve grades K–5; case management for 6 students, total service load includes 19 IEP students and 19 intervention students
• Partner with an on-site SLP for support and collaboration
• Paid time for administrative tasks and participation in team meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state SLP license or credential (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Background check and fingerprint clearance
• Experience with elementary-age students preferred; travel professionals highly encouraged

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech/language evaluations and deliver interventions
• Manage IEP caseload, write individualized goals, and track progress
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary staff
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, complete related documentation
