Salary: $27.00-$35.00 Full-Charge Bookkeeper Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected local client for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper. If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong bookkeeping and payroll experience, we want to hear from you. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to join a professional and established team. Pay $27.00 - $35.00 per hour , depending on experience Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary The Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the firm's bookkeeping and payroll functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll reports
- Process and prepare 1099 forms
- Track and record depreciation schedules
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with financial reporting and other accounting functions as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information
- Previous experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper required
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- QuickBooks Desktop
- QuickBooks Online
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be bondable
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
