In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ERP systems and supply chain operations to deliver impactful solutions, enable data‑driven decisions, and strengthen the connection between technology and business outcomes. What You Will Do Partner with business SMEs to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional designs and system specifications aligned with enterprise standards. Lead the evaluation of cross‑functional supply chain processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical, scalable solutions. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators, ensuring alignment across Agile and SDLC delivery frameworks. Provide oversight and governance to SCM development teams, guiding solution design, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within the application portfolio, determining effective and timely solutions. Drive business process documentation and lead change initiatives to support system implementations and continuous improvement efforts. Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet defined business needs and quality standards. Who You Are Related university degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent). Minimum 4 years related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst or similar role). Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business language and conduct in‑depth technical discussions. Experience implementing ERP software modules, including requirements, functional documentation and testing. Ability to interpret process flow charts to understand data capture and movement between applications and hardware components. Demonstrated advanced communication skills through multi‑disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SMEs, and leading group sessions. Highly developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within defined timeframes in a fast‑paced program environment. Preferred 5 or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst or similar role). Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities. Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management modules such as Material Management & Logistics, Procurement, Contracts and Sourcing, Accounts Payable and Expenses. Working Conditions Office environment with mandatory computer use. Must be able to multi‑task, meet strict deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities. Travel to Enbridge locations may be required. Physical requirements include light to moderate lifting (up to 20 pounds) and repetitive motion.
