Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in event operations, brand promotion, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Support event logistics and operational coordination.
Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness efforts.
Maintain event materials and inventory.
Ensure event areas remain organized and presentable.
Assist with attendee engagement and customer interactions.
Support post-event reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and outgoing attitude.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
