Car Wash Site Maintenance and Customer Service Attendant

- Inspect the property and car wash equipment each day
- Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues
- Report larger equipment problems and coordinate repairs when needed
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Keep wash areas, vacuum stations, equipment, and customer areas clean
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Assist customers with wash selections, payments, and basic questions
- Respond professionally to customer concerns
- Identify and address safety hazards promptly
- Help ensure the site is ready for customers each day
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Friendly, professional, and willing to help customers
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to perform cleaning, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks
- Available for approximately four onsite hours each day, seven days per week
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, car wash, or customer service experience is preferred
