Apartment leasing agent

JT Solution Partners is looking for a full-time apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community. Job Requirements Tour apartment units with potential residents. Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations. Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintain all resident leasing files. Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities. Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties. Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office. Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers. All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start as soon as possible.
