Staff Accountant

Well-established manufacturing company located in Fort Lee, New Jersey is active in their search for a Staff Accountant. This is a direct hire position that is 100% on-site. This would be a great opportunity to join a tenured and cohesive team. This is considered a high-priority hire.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist company Controller in completing month and year-end.
2. Processing full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivables.
3. Manage sales tax preparation.
4. Completing ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

1. 4-year degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
2. 3+ years' related experience.
3. Familiarity working with Excel, as well as an ERP based system.
4. Effective communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
5. Ability to work 100% on-site
