• Ensure patients feel safe and comfortable during procedures, clearly explaining processes and maintaining empathy
• Work closely with radiologists and forwarding physicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment diligently, reporting any issues promptly
• Document all procedures accurately and keep patient files updated in the electronic medical record system
• Continuously enhance your skills by staying informed of advancements in ultrasound imaging and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Credentials

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a recognized equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
