Job Overview A law firm seeks a patent agent or technical advisor to join its patents team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front‑end. This position offers location flexibility across all US offices. Duties Assist in patent prosecution and portfolio management. Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios. Conduct research and analysis on technical subjects. Prepare and file patent applications. Requirements Electrical engineering degree or equivalent. At least two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility to register. Skills Experience in 5G, Wi‑Fi, artificial intelligence, and related technologies. Client liaison and portfolio management experience.
