Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Prosecution & Litigation Associate to join their Electrical Engineering & Software team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution, with expertise in computer science or electrical engineering. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications. Engage in litigation related to patent disputes. Collaborate with a team on complex legal matters. Provide strategic advice on patent-related issues. Requirements 2-6 years of legal experience in patent law. Admitted to the USPTO. Licensed to practice law or eligible for licensure in the state of employment. Experience with wireless communication standards (5G, 6G, 3GPP) is preferred. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Education Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Certifications USPTO registration. Skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
