Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) and Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team. As part of Ernest Health, we are nationally recognized for delivering exceptional rehabilitative care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital is a premier inpatient facility specializing in the treatment of stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other complex medical conditions. Position Overview:

- Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges, and responses to therapy interventions.
- Transform complex medical information into clear guidance that empowers patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
