Project Manager (Commercial) – Oakland, CA
Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Bay Area.
This opportunity is ideal for a collaborative leader with a passion for delivering complex projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
- Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
- Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
- Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
- Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000
