Practice Highlights

• Average daily census of approximately 16 patients
  
• Active and established swing-bed program
  
• No ICU management responsibilities
  
• High-acuity patients transferred to tertiary care centers

Requirements

Qualifications
Required

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  
• Eligible for Washington licensure
  
• Current ACLS certification
  

Preferred

• Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience
  
• Experience working in rural or critical access hospital settings
  
• Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
