Now we're looking for a hands-on, people-centered Sales Leader who can inspire a team, cultivate strong client relationships, and push revenue to new heights. If you're a motivator, a strategist, and someone who loves turning potential into performance, this is your moment.
What You'll Do

Build, execute, and own a strategic sales plan that grows revenue and expands market share
Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of sales professionals
Drive accountability, coaching, and consistent high performance
Cultivate long-standing client partnerships through a consultative approach
Spot market trends, competitor shifts, and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns that support sales initiatives
Analyze sales data, forecasts, and pipeline trends to guide decision-making
Represent James Imaging at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What You Bring

Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in office technology or a related B2B industry
Track record of driving the full sales cycle-from planning to close
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience coaching, developing, and motivating successful sales teams
High business acumen and understanding of technology solutions
CRM proficiency + strong MS Office Suite skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
