Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and sustainability of high voltage infrastructure that powers millions.How You’ll Make an ImpactLead the deployment of quality strategies across Field Services and Operations across select regions of the U.S.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of customer-reported non-conformancesCoach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance managementManage internal audits and ensure ISO certification complianceAnalyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processesSupport warehouse inspections and ensure audit readinessChampion customer feedback through non-conformance reporting and customer survey analysisResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelinesYour BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditingStrong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindsetExperience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectorsFamiliarity with SAP is highly preferredCandidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United StatesMore About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
