Pivot Rehabilitation focuses on providing effective therapy solutions with our patients, partners, and clinicians in mind.**Benefits:*** Competitive Pay for FT starting at $43/hour* 401k with match* Medical, Dental, Vision* Paid Time Off* Tuition Reimbursement* Free CEU’s## Qualifications**Essential Functions:*** Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients* Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures* Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindication* Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function* Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act.* Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members**Qualifications:*** Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy* Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice* Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff* Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.*Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Pivot.
