Invoicing Clerk LOCATION North Phoenix, AZ | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $21.00/hour Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-Time | W-2 ROLE IMPACT Support the accounting and billing team by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time while maintaining organized financial records. This position plays an important role in delivering quality service through accurate billing, efficient account reconciliation, and dependable administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, review, and process high-volume client invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Research and resolve billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and reconcile accounts receivable records. Maintain accurate financial data and assist with routine reporting and daily accounting activities. Enter data into accounting systems while meeting productivity and quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments to support invoicing, collections, and other accounting functions as business needs evolve. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a related accounting function. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM and strong 10-key data entry skills. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly while managing multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a corporate office environment.
