The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years legal billing experience in a mid-sized to large law firm. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook is also required. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment. Aderant or Elite experience is preferred. Some college experience with an emphasis in accounting and experience using Prebill Manager is a plus. This position is primarily remote, but in-office presence is required for monthly team meetings and other various meetings as needed with advanced notice. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following Use Prebill Manager and Aderant to accurately and timely process high volume of client invoices Ensure proper setup of new clients and matters, including rate management and maintenance Work closely with attorneys, legal staff, and clients to resolve complex billing challenges in a timely matter Ensure billing compliance with client outside counsel guidelines Develop and maintain smooth working relationships with attorneys, staff and teammates Undertake special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested Experience And Qualifications 1 to 3 years of legal billing experience Aderant or Elite experience preferred, but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Both oral and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Work both independently and within a team environment Able multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and takes initiative Maintain strict confidentiality of clients, matters and timekeeper information Snell & Wilmer offers a competitive performance-based compensation and a generous benefits package starting on your first day.
