Rodizio Grill — The Brazilian Steakhouse  

Bussers keep the restaurant busy! They set up and prepare tables for upcoming reservations. Wipe clean tables and chairs, take plates, utensils, and glasses to the kitchen to be washed, sweep the floor, and reset tables for the next service. Restock the plates and utensils.

This is a physically active position that demands precision and a team-first mentality. You will work in close, continuous coordination with servers, the host team, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless, memorable dining experience from the first moment a guest arrives at their perfectly clean and set table.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attentiveness. 

• Strong teamwork ethic; willingness to communicate openly with servers and kitchen staff throughout every shift. 

• Food handler certification (or ability to obtain upon hire, per local requirements). 

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry 35+ lbs for extended periods — typically 5-7 hours per shift. 

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and holidays. 

Arreglar y preparar las mesas para las reservaciones próximas. Pasar una toalla limpia en las mesas y sillas, tomar platos, utensillos y vasos a la cocina para que puedan ser lavados, barrer el piso y acomodar las mesas para los siguientes servicios y/o eventos. Hacer restock de platos y utensillos.
