What You’ll Do:

Lead the Fun:Oversee and coordinate amazing, licensed child care programs that are safe, fun, and engaging for kids.
Be the Expert:Ensure our programs meet all standards – from YMCA policies to state licensing and accreditation requirements.
Make a Difference:Facilitate fun, social, and interactive activities, and adapt them to meet each child’s needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years old with Highschool Diploma or GED.
Experience:At least 1 year of experience in administration and guiding staff, and 6 months in child care.
Skills:Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to provide clear guidance to a diverse team.
Knowledge:Understanding of how to effectively work with children, and familiarity with state licensing and accreditation rules is a plus.
Transportation:Reliable transportation is a must.
