About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

• Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and programs to improve patient outcomes and streamline workflows

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

• Conducting performance evaluations , providing feedback, and coaching nursing staff to achieve their full potential

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to drive results and excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Current RN license , with Florida license required

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse , preferably in a long term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
