Role Overview: The Routing Clerk is a key player playing a vital part in keeping track of the warehouse orders, making sure they are organized and fulfilled on time. Ability to respond quickly to prioritized requests through demand basis. How you will make an impact:

• Prioritizes customers' goals based on special needs/specifications, ensuring proper staging of the orders to facilitate expedition.
• Have knockout verbal and written skills to communicate with customer service and customers' traffic departments on a daily basis.
• Slam dunk communication with customer service as well as retail services.
• Various other tasks as assigned include, but are not limited to, the preparation of documents, running Excel reports, and analyzing spreadsheets.
• Computer skills to access the logistics websites of customers to schedule the release and routing for shipments to these customers.

What you bring to the team:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Manhattan Active preferred and the ability to understand TMS
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills.
• Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.
• The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills.
• Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)
• Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, depending on the daily work volume.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Accurately sum up and record data.
• Other responsibilities as required.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with extended periods of standing and walking.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime and peak volume periods as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with professional sports leagues and teams is a plus
• Other related duties as needed to support shipping and routing operations. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Night 5:00p-1:30a
