Accounts Payable Manager

An established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP function and oversee a team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payment operations. - Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage, mentor, and develop AP leadership and staff while monitoring performance metrics to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, reporting enhancements, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization.
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues, support month-end close activities, audits, and other financial projects.
- 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including at least 6 years in a management or leadership role within a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a proven ability to improve operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience with ERP and AP systems such as Coupa and Prophet 21 (P21) is preferred, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
