DSP Area Supervisor — Lead Training & Resident Support
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson is seeking an Area Supervisor for the Department For Persons With Disabilities (DPD). The role focuses on training, supervising, and providing structure to residents to help achieve IHP goals, while following behavior plans. You will work with Center staff to maintain a consistent daily routine and collaborate with administration and DHS during inspections.
