Field Case Manager - Housing & Crisis Support

Quince Street Village in Olympia seeks a dedicated Case Manager to partner with unhoused adults, guide service plans toward housing and income, and track progress using HMIS. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, crisis de-escalation, and connecting participants with medical, mental health, and community resources.
