Qualifications: Hold an active registered nurse license with relevant state authority. Possess experience in adult psychiatric or mental health care settings. Demonstrate strong assessment and crisis intervention skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Be proficient in documentation and electronic medical records.
