Maintenance Supervisor

Plant Maintenance SupervisorRun the maintenance operation for a plant that depends on you to keep production moving. This role owns the full maintenance function - PM schedules, equipment repair, spare parts inventory - and leads a team of Maintenance Technicians who look to you for direction. You'll report to the Plant Manager and have real authority over how the department runs day to day.This is a hands-on leadership role. You're on the floor troubleshooting equipment, and you're also building the systems and people that keep uptime high long after you've walked away from a repair.What you'll own:Direct and complete all scheduled preventive maintenance workTroubleshoot and repair equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systemsKeep spare parts inventory stocked and organizedManage UPTIME performance for the plantBuild and mentor your team through hands-on training and company programsSet the safety standard: PPE compliance, safe forklift operation, a clean and organized facilityCommunicate directly with plant personnel and support services on projects and prioritiesWhat you bring:5-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturingPlastics and injection molding experienceA track record of mentoring and developing people, not just managing tasksSolid mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic troubleshooting skillsStrong time management and the ability to prioritize on the flyBasic computer skills and comfort with inventory systemsHigh School or Vocational School diploma or equivalentSchedule: 40+ hours a week, weekend flexibility as needed, plus on-call availability for repairs.If you're the person your current team already comes to when something breaks, this role gives you the authority and resources to fix it right the first time — and build a team that does the same.
