Role Overview Remote Club, a nearshore software development agency connecting US companies with top engineering talent from LatAm, is seeking a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Executive to drive growth and strategic expansion. Company: Remote Club Location: Houston, TX (On-site/Remote; Must be live in Houston or Austin) Work Model: Remote with flexible structure Role Type: Sales & Partnerships Executive Key Responsibilities Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies. Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.). Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services. Focus on AI-driven solutions, including agents, automation, LLM apps, and MVPs. Attend industry events to generate and close high-quality deals. Build and manage the outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, email events, and partnerships. Requirements Must have experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies. Strong exposure to the US tech/startup ecosystem. Experience or interest in AI-driven products and services. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proactive, self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable leveraging events for business development. Located in Houston or Austin.
