Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience, engaging with guests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room presentation
- Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members
- Drive a positive, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere that reflects the Sugarfire brand
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Work closely with kitchen management to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality food standards
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with off-site events and catering operations as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or service management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and during peak hours
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Self-motivated and organized, maintaining standards during both busy and slower periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
