Position Summary  

Colorful Concrete Solutions (CCS) is looking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations and installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role manages crews, coordinates logistics, maintains strong customer relationships, and supports operational, financial, and sales functions. The ideal candidate has 3-10 years of production experience, is highly organized, hands-on, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities  

Operations & Production  

• Manage and oversee all assigned projects from setup through completion 

• Ensure proper preparation, installation, quality control, and job site cleanup 

• Develop and improve production efficiencies and scheduling 

Customer Relations  

• Communicate with customers regarding products, services, and issues 

• Manage work orders, invoicing, and payment collection 

• Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships 

Crew Management  

• Coordinate daily crew assignments and schedules 

• Train employees on installation techniques and safety procedures 

• Review and approve timecards and assist with payroll processes 

• Participate in hiring, performance management, and employee development 

Logistics & Scheduling  

• Coordinate job schedules and adjust as needed 

• Ensure timely job start and completion 

• Load materials and prepare equipment daily as required 

Equipment & Vehicles  

• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools 

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and regular maintenance 

• Track and plan equipment repairs or replacement annually 

Suppliers & Inventory  

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors 

• Manage purchasing and inventory levels 

• Ensure orderly warehouse and showroom organization 

Administrative & Financial Support  

• Assist with bookkeeping, reporting, and job costing 

• Support payroll, accounts receivable, and bill payment processes 

• Provide reports and updates to management as needed 

Sales Support  

• Assist with sales activities, trade shows, and client meetings 

• Collect deposits and support project acquisition efforts 

Qualifications  

Required  

• Proven experience in field operations, installation management, or similar role 

• Strong leadership and team management skills 

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 

• Proficiency with scheduling, invoicing, and project management tools 

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed 

Preferred  

• Background working in residential garage coatings, commercial flooring, or industrial concrete applications 

• Familiarity with job site logistics, timelines, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments 

• Experience operating and maintaining coating equipment (grinders, mixers, sprayers, vacuums) 

• Experience estimating materials, managing coating kits, and minimizing product waste 

• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, product data sheets, and installation requirements
