This individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive commercial performance and support long-term business objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute product line strategy to support revenue, volume, margin, and growth objectives.Manage product portfolio, customer mix, and pricing initiatives to improve profitability and asset utilization.Monitor and analyze business performance through revenue, margin, volume, and market trend reporting.Support annual operating plans, forecasting, and long-range business planning initiatives.Partner with Sales and Finance on pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial performance management.Conduct market, customer, competitive, and application analysis to identify growth opportunities and support commercial decision-making.Develop sales tools, business insights, and commercialization materials to support customer engagement and market growth.Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align production, inventory, forecasting, and service objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.5+ years of experience in product management, product line management, commercial strategy, or related roles.Experience within food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or industrial manufacturing.Strong background in pricing, portfolio management, and commercial analytics.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and bonus opportunity.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to own and grow a strategic product portfolio.Hybrid schedule with travel approximately 30-40%.
