Director OF Retention

Everyday Dose Inc

A functional beverage company is seeking a Senior Director of Retention to architect and scale the post-purchase experience. The role involves managing LTV, optimizing churn reduction strategies, and developing retention initiatives. You'll lead a team while collaborating with Growth, CX, and Product departments, leveraging strong analytical expertise and behavioral insights.
