Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist for Minnesota State University-Mankato located in Mankato, MN. Marketing is focused on growth strategies for increasing sales for the unit, improving customer satisfaction and promoting Sodexo’s Brand . Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive participation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across dining, catering, retail, and meal plan programs Lead customer insight initiatives through surveys, focus groups, digital engagement, and data analysis to better understand student needs and improve the customer experience Manage internal and external communications across websites, social media, marketing campaigns, innovation sharing, and best‑practice storytelling Build collaborative relationships with campus partners, student groups, dining leadership, and community stakeholders to support engagement and joint initiatives Plan and execute promotions, events, sampling activities, and campus‑wide campaigns that increase awareness and enrich the student dining experience Maintain a strong on‑site presence to promote programs, enhance brand visibility, and serve as a key marketing contact on campus Provide hands‑on creative support including event set‑up, signage, food photography, and marketing materials development Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, promotional plans, and eCommerce initiatives that are easy for teams to execute and support business goals What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
