Senior Innovation Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of POS and operational technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute technology initiatives and innovation projects.
• Assist with technology pilots, proof-of-concept programs, and new solution evaluations.
• Manage hardware deployments, testing, and rollouts across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful technology delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Document processes, deployment plans, and project outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, Operations Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Exposure to technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, display systems, and networking equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced innovation environment.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer-facing operations, or technology-focused environments.
• Experience supporting hardware deployments and technology rollouts across multiple locations.
• Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, or innovation labs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination.
• Understanding of operational processes and technology ecosystems.
