Production Manager – Roofing, Siding & Gutters Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis – St. Charles, MO Full‑Time | $60K–$80K+ OTE | Base + Incentives About the Role Best Choice Roofing is the largest Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor in the nation, and due to our growth in St. Charles, we are looking for an additional hands‑on Production Manager to run day‑to‑day field operations. This is not a desk job. What You’ll Be Responsible For Daily Production Leadership Manage residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish Schedule and coordinate subcontractor crews, materials, and dumpsters Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget Field Quality & Jobsite Management Perform jobsite quality control and safety checks Confirm installs meet manufacturer specs and local code Complete punch lists and final walkthroughs Handle repair diagnostics and warranty follow‑ups Communication & Coordination Act as the bridge between sales, office, crews, and homeowners Keep customers informed throughout the project Ensure photos, notes, and updates are documented daily Resolve field issues quickly and professionally Systems & Tracking Track jobs using JobNimbus and CompanyCam Monitor job costs, supplements, and change orders Confirm materials and labor align with contract scope Maintain clean documentation and job files Additional Responsibilities Support sales team with pre-job planning and measurements Manage material orders and deliveries Occasionally assist with emergency tarping or small repairs Identify upgrade opportunities (ventilation, gutters, etc.) Who This Role Is For You’ll succeed here if you: Have managed roofing or exterior crews and understand job flow Run organized, clean, efficient job sites Solve problems without waiting to be told what to do Communicate clearly with crews and homeowners Take pride in doing things right the first time Want to grow into senior leadership as the company scales This is not for someone who needs constant direction or prefers staying in the office. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Jobs start on time and finish clean Crews scheduled 1–2 weeks out Minimal punch list callbacks 5-star customer experience Strong communication with sales + office Organized job files and photos Compensation & Growth Base Salary: $40K–$50K (DOE) Performance and Sales Bonuses + Production Incentives: $20K–$30K+ potential On‑Target Earnings: $60K–$80K+ Top performers can grow into: Senior Production Manager General Manager We are a scaling company and promote from within.
