Production Floor Supervisor

The Production Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations across assigned production lines, cells, and/or sheet metal equipment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides hands-on leadership to ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. This position will drive continuous improvement by implementing Lean manufacturing principles, monitoring key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. The Production Floor Supervisor will also oversee production scheduling, inventory control, material flow and presentation, and adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting and developing employees on the production floor. This role operates in a non-union manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned Production Floor lines, cells, or sheet metal machines.
• Implement Lean processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
• Manage production schedule.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain ownership of various manufacturing data.
• Manage materials presentation, production, quality, and safety.

Qualifications:

• BS in an engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience required.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills.
