AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team, and make a real impact in a fast-paced service environment. If you thrive on organization, efficiency, and leadership — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise field staff and cleaning crews
- Monitor job performance and conduct regular quality control inspections
- Manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Track key performance metrics and report on operational outcomes
- 2+ years of operations management experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities, or a service-based industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Solid communication skills for client relations and staff coordination
- Proficiency with scheduling software, basic computer applications, and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
