As an Office Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our driving and logistics team by ensuring the smooth and timely movement of freight in a fast-paced transportation setting. Starting at $50K based on experience, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE Responsibilities Communicate effectively with driversand internal teams via phone, email, and in-person Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments Utilize PC-based systems to track, update, and manage logistics information Assist with Dispatching and quotes Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support the overall efficiency and reliability of the overalloperation Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in trucking or logistics is preferred Strong PC skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Comfort, Inc
