A leading manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations and lead a team supporting a high-volume production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for both mechanical and electrical performance, driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.
They're seeking a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and improving overall plant efficiency.
Maintenance Manager Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and development
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
- Partner with production and leadership to improve processes and reduce downtime
- Manage maintenance projects, vendors, and equipment installations
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00AM 3:00PM
Pay: $100,000 $120,000/year DOE
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Maintenance Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree required Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical systems Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant operations Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting Strong communication and problem-solving skills
