This role oversees day-to-day recruiting activities, requisition management, and hiring strategy execution to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates in support of operational needs and organizational growth.The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a partner to operational and clinical leadership while providing direct leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to a team of recruiters. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient recruitment workflows, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.Essential FunctionsLead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters responsible for staffing support across multiple regions, divisions, and clinic locationsOversee full-cycle recruitment, including requisition management, sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, interviewing processes, and hiring timelinesPartner with operational and departmental leadership to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goalsMonitor recruiter workloads, open requisition volumes, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring trends to ensure recruitment efficiency and operational supportSupport hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and market conditionsDevelop proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positionsEnsure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment and onboarding coordinationSupport recruitment efforts associated with organizational growth, new clinic openings, divisional expansion, and workforce planning initiativesMaintain compliance with all employment laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational hiring policiesAssist in the development and implementation of recruitment process improvements, reporting tools, and operational best practicesParticipate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, community outreach, and employer branding initiatives as neededPrepare and present recruitment activity reports, staffing updates, and workforce trends to leadershipAct as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership to support communication and operational alignmentQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field requiredExperienceMinimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience requiredPrevious healthcare recruitment experience preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredCertificationsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and computer useAbility to travel occasionally between office and clinic locations as neededAbility to lift and transport recruitment or event materials up to 25 poundsSummaryLocation: TNO - Midtown Admin | Nashville, TNType: Full time
