Nurse Practitioner

Job Address:4770 Larimer Pkwy Johnstown, CO 80534As a Nurse Practitioner at SierraVista, you will provide compassionate, evidenced-based care to adult patients with substance use and mental health disorders. You will prescribe and manage medications for those patients who need them. You will work closely with a staff psychiatrist, medical providers, nurses, and case managers.You will assess and treat mental health issues across our continuum of care to help patients safely stabilize and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery. The ideal candidate has broad direct care experience, and knowledge of addiction and mental health treatment. You should be efficient, flexible, and eager to embrace a team-based approach that models collaborative, solution-based problem solving, and authentic communication.Requirements:Masters degree from an accredited nursing programUnrestricted current license to practice in state of employmentMust have prescriptive authorization and XDEA license is preferredBroad clinical experience required, addiction treatment experience preferredExcellent collaborative and interpersonal skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPositive energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
