You will manage a diverse team of professionals and operational staff, focusing on optimizing resource utilization, implementing best practices, and fostering a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all aspects of daily underground mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and ore handling. Develop and implement operational plans to meet or exceed production targets safely and efficiently. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, operators, and technical staff. Oversee the maintenance and effective utilization of mining equipment and machinery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven experience in managing complex underground mining operations. Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
