Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leading financial services organization based in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Recruiter III) to join its growing talent acquisition team for a hybrid role - 3 days onsite/2 days remote.. This is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with business leaders and play a key role in driving high-quality hiring across the organization.Position Overview:In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation-while delivering a best-in-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You'll collaborate with a team of recruiters, coordinators, and onboarding specialists to support ongoing hiring initiatives and occasional in-office events.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including offer development and delivery
• Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and onboarding partners
• Support occasional hiring events and on-site initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate environment
• Prior experience recruiting in financial services, banking, fintech, or payments strongly preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office required
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms such as:
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (nice to have)
• Experience with Taleo, Workday, Eightfold, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, or similar
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
