Summary: Responsible for taking food and drink orders in the Tap Room and preparing beverages during bar hours. Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, fulfilling resident beverage and food orders in the Tap Room while assisting Morrison team with preparing and occasional delivery of resident beverage orders in the main dining room.

Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Safe and responsible handling of alcoholic beverages
• Prep and stock area for service prior to bar opening
• Make and serve specialty beverages and cocktails
• Speak and interact with customers
• Take resident orders and enter them into point-of-sale system
• Prepare some food items in Turbo Chef under guidance of Morrison partnership
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Weekly inventory and completion of order needs sheet
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• May assist kitchen with food prep as allowed
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. This position requires excellent customer service skills, with a courteous and helpful demeanor. At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, bartending experience preferred. The ability to communicate with and respect the needs of the senior citizen population is also required. Must be eligible for a Village of Menomonee Falls bartending license after completing the Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course.

Language Skills: Ability to read and speak with clarity. Ability to work with numbers as required.
