State Licensed Funds Associate

Seeking a full-time Funds Associate with three to five years of experience, who will advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle and work closely with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with the option to work remotely or from various office locations, excluding New Jersey, New York, and California. Key responsibilities Advise investment funds and investors on legal strategies and actions throughout all stages of fund lifecycle Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit on various projects Manage multiple projects effectively while demonstrating exceptional judgment under pressure Required qualifications Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, with a focus on investment funds Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtaining one promptly Strong academic credentials and a commitment to community involvement Demonstrated ability to articulate legal strategies and handle multiple projects simultaneously
