Arizona Licensed Funds Associate

Seeking a full-time Funds Associate with three to five years of experience, the position focuses on advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle and working with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with options for remote work available. Key responsibilities Advise investment funds and their investors during all stages of the funds' lifecycle Collaborate with attorneys on corporate and securities matters related to financial services Handle multiple projects while articulating legal strategies and courses of action effectively Required qualifications Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with investment funds Background in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
