The organization has proven continuous growth and has proven to be a very lucrative industry throughout the years.2019: 42.7 million in production2020: 53.1 million in production2021: 77.3 million in production2022: 87.6 million in production2023: 104 million in production2024: 125 million in productionInsurance Sales Representative responsibilities are:• Following strategies to educate and sell insurance• Building sincere rapport with customers• Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them* Follow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practicesRepresentative requirements are:*MUST be able to pass a background check*MUST have a valid drivers license and own form of reliable transportation*MUST be coachable and ready to learn*Computer savvy*High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance/Business (recommended not required)
